Deacon ordained

New deacon Paul David Dean was formally ordained during a ceremony last night at the Anglican Cathedral in Hamilton.

The service was addressed by Bishop of Bermuda Nicholas Dill, who was himself ordained in May last year.

The office of deacon, known as the Diaconate, dates back to the earliest days of the church.
