Trott and Duncan’s Tina Martin has been called to the Bar and will be practising in the area of probate and estate planning.

Ms Martin has been a pupil at the firm since last year, training under the supervision of the directors Karen Williams Smith and Perry Trott.

She studied law at the University of University of Kent and the University of Law in London, before returning to the Island.

She secured employment with Trott & Duncan Limited, working as a full time paralegal while continuing her studies. During her training, Ms Martin has received exposure to various areas of the legal practice, from matrimonial law to probate and estate planning, landlord and tenant matters and debt collection.
