A male motorcyclist who collided with two police motorcyclists during a pursuit has been arrested after injuring both officers.

A police spokesman said the man failed to stop after being spotted while committing a traffic offence near the junction of Overplus Lane with Middle Road in Sandys at about 1pm.

Both officers attended the hospital for treatment, with one transported from the scene via ambulance. Neither officer’s injuries are considered to be life-threatening.
