Commuters leaving Hamilton during rush hour this afternoon had their journeys interrupted by another crash involving a bus.

Only a matter of a few hundred yards from where a bus ploughed through parked cars and brought power outages along East Broadway a fortnight ago, this time a single vehicle was hit on King Street during the turn on to the Reid Street extension.

There were no injuries but the private vehicle sustained significant damage to its front fender.

After initial traffic delays, a normal flow has resumed.

We will release further details when they become available.
