Ribbon cutting at Warwick Academy

A new Reception Year building at Warwick Academy was today opened with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
“The Reception Year is fully subscribed and will welcome the Class of 2029 on Tuesday morning,” said a spokeswoman for the school.
The event was attended by board members, staff, contractors, suppliers and financiers.
Welcoming the class of 2029: from left, Denis Tucker, of the Bank of Bermuda Foundation, Colin Smith, chair of the Board of Governors, Michele Smith, OBMI, principal Maggie McCorkell, Cecelia Wotton, of HSBC, Marcelino Ferreira, of Gulf Stream Construction, Harold Conyers, head of facilities on the Board of Governors.
