Police donate Christmas hampers to charities

For a second year the Bermuda Police Service has joined with community partners for its “Be A Part of a Miracle” Christmas hamper drive.

Officers and support staff, along with partners from the community, donated goods to be given to needy families.

A spokesman said: “The goods this year will be donated to the BPS 2015 charities of choice, the Coalition for the Protection of Children and the Centre Against Abuse.

“Representatives of the respective charities were on hand to accept the handover of the large volume of goods donated.”

Festive gifts: hampers of goods donated by members of the Bermuda Police Service and community partners. The hampers have been donated to two charities
