A group promoting marriage equality in Bermuda is inviting people to show their support tomorrow.

The event will coincide with the Preserve Marriage public demonstration, in which those opposing same-sex marriage will air their views, which also takes place from midday at the Cabinet grounds.

The flyer for the “Love Wins” group says it wishes to “embrace the beauty of diversity” and “support human rights for all”.

As well as promising musicians and artists, “Love Wins” is asking attendees to bring flowers, red clothes and rainbow colours as a symbol of their support. Both sides have expressed their desire for the event to be peaceful and respectful.
