The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce is to hold its Annual General Meeting next Friday, with guest speaker Josh Hjartarson.

Dr Hjartarson, the vice president of KPMG’s public sector division, is to speak on the sector’s transformation worldwide, under the combination of public demand for service quality and financial constraints.

Kendaree Burgess, the chamber’s executive director, called it a topic of special relevance for Bermuda.

The gathering will be held from 12.30pm to 2pm in the Harbourview ballroom of the Hamilton Princess.
