Age Concern to hold housing talk at AGM

Charles Jeffers from Age Concern will moderate the discussion on seniors' housing concerns.

Affordable and appropriate housing for seniors will be the topic of discussion at Age Concern’s Annual General Meeting this month.

The seniors advocacy group is holding its AGM from 1pm to 2.30pm on Tuesday, September 20 at the Evangelical Church Hall in Paget.

Titled “Not Enough Housing”, the panel discussion will feature John Barritt of the Bermuda Housing Trust, Desiree O’Connor of the Bermuda Housing Corporation and Michael Defontes of Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty.

Moderated by Charles Jeffers from Age Concern, the conversation will focus on housing that is both economically sustainable and appropriate to the needs of seniors.
