Man still critical after Pembroke crash

A man injured in a motorcycle crash last weekend remains in critical condition, according to police.

The motorcyclist, identified as a 36-year-old male, was involved in a single vehicle accident at the junction of Lane Hill and Cavendish Road in Pembroke at 2.30am on Saturday.

According to a police spokesman, as of 7.55am today the rider remained in the intensive care unit at the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital in critical condition.

Investigations into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
