A 20-year-old motorcyclist was treated in hospital on Saturday after colliding with a truck travelling in the opposite direction.

The St George’s man suffered a cut to his foot as well as abrasions to his knees, elbows and hands as a result of the accident, but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

The collision occurred at 8.35pm on Saturday on North Shore Road in Hamilton Parish, near the junction with Studio Lane.
