Reid Street blocked after road accident

An accident on Reid Street at roughly 5pm, apparently involving a motorist and a pedestrian, resulted in traffic being diverted this evening.

Fire Service medics treated the woman at the scene, near the junction with Parliament Street. According to drivers, the road remained closed as of 7pm.
