There will be traffic diversions and parking restrictions in effect for the 2017 KPMG Front Street Mile today.

According to a police spokesman, all westbound traffic will be diverted off Crow Lane up Spurling Hill and along Reid Street from 6pm until 10pm.

Front Street between Par-la-Ville Road and the foot of Spurling Hill will be closed to all vehicular traffic from 6pm until 11pm.

Burnaby Street, Parliament Street, Court Street and King Street between Reid and Front Streets will be closed to all vehicular traffic from 6pm until 11pm.

There will be no parking on Front Street between Par-la-Ville Road and the foot of Spurling Hill from 4pm until 11pm, and Burnaby Street between Reid and Front Streets from 4pm until 11pm.

From 2pm there will also be no parking available at No 1 Car Park, with gates locked at 5pm until 11pm, and No 5 Car Park, which will have no access from 5pm until 11pm.

Patrons of businesses along Front Street East are reminded that all vehicles must be promptly removed from that section of Front Street by 5pm.
