Car park subject to closure

The introduction of a new barrier system at Hamilton's No 1 car park will lead to “periodic” closings this month.

According to a notice by the City of Hamilton, the closures will take place between tomorrow and February 24 as new infrastructure is put in place.

The notice stated: “All vehicles and bikes must be removed before 6am on Wednesday. Any vehicles or bikes remaining after that time may be towed from the car park at the owner's expense.

“The Corporation apologises for any inconvenience this may cause. Barricades and signage will be in place.”
