Police search for burglary suspects

Police are looking to identify multiple suspects following an aggravated burglary in Flatts on Friday morning.

It happened at Belvin's Variety store at around 6am.

According to police, a male employee was opening the store when three suspects — believed to be males — entered the business and demanded money.

“The intruders accosted the employee, who sustained minor injuries, before taking an item of his personal property and making good their escape on foot,” police said.

The suspects are all believed to be shorter than five-foot-six, with slim builds. They were last seen wearing dark-coloured clothing.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 247-1744.
