A 22-year-old Pembroke man has pleaded guilty to charges of possessing marijuana and MDMA.

The charges stem from an arrest on October 27, 2016.

Magistrates’ Court heard that Tyrone Oswald Jr was stopped by police while on his motorcycle on Frog Lane in Devonshire.

During a subsequent search, items later determined to be marijuana and MDMA were found in his wallet.

Pre-sentencing reports were ordered by Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo ahead of Oswald’s next court appearance on May 23.

Oswald was granted $2,000 bail.
