Speed control for Hamilton Harbour

Hamilton Harbour, which is especially prone to congestion in the summer months, is to get a 10 knot speed limit, effective tomorrow.

The move comes with the imminent America's Cup expected to substantially ramp up the activity on the water.

The safety move comes courtesy of the Ministry of Tourism, Transport and Municipalities.

Slow down! Boaters will have to adhere to a 10 knot speed limit in Hamilton Harbour
