An all-female drum band is to hold a free concert on Sunday.

Coral Beats, a Brazilian samba-reggae band, will perform in the quadrangle at Warwick Academy.

A spokeswoman said the band members practice once a week and “enjoy themselves by learning to play the rhythms of Brazil”.

She added that members are taking part in a four-day workshop with Mestre Bola, who is visiting Bermuda from Brazil.

The concert to showcase some of their new music will start at 3pm.
