Four charities received a total of $35,000 in donations from AIG Bermuda.

The Salvation Army, Meals on Wheels, The Eliza Do Little Society and The Lady Compassionate Association were named as AIG’s 2018 charitable donation recipients.

Each was presented with a cheque for $8,750.

AIG Bermuda employees nominate their chosen charities as part of its annual charitable donation programme.

General manager Brian McNamara said: “We are thrilled to continue supporting organisations that are making great strides in our local community and it’s a programme our employees look forward to each year.”
