The “future leaders” at Bermuda Press Holdings Limited have been celebrated for making the grade at the Institute of Leadership and Management.

The training at BPHL, the parent of The Royal Gazette, was part of the company’s mission to boost its service to the community.

ILM training was completed by Jonathan Bell, senior reporter; Nikeisha Burrows, creative director; Tom Caulfield, financial accountant; Simon Jones, senior reporter; David Patterson, equipment maintenance manager; Patrice Pedro, warehouse and retail store manager, and Kevin Smith, social media manager.

Eric Jenkinson of Management Solutions presented the group with their ILM level three certificates in leadership and management.

Management Solutions is a licensed delivery centre for ILM programmes throughout Bermuda and the Caribbean.
