A 66-year-old cyclist who was seriously injured when his pedal bike collided with a motorcycle has died.

Police confirmed the death of the Devonshire man this afternoon.

The crash happened at about 11.50pm on Saturday on Middle Road in Devonshire, near the junction with Vesey Street.

A Bermuda Police Service spokesman said: “Inquiries continue and any witnesses that have not already come forward are still asked to call the main police telephone number 295-0011. No further information on this incident will be given until notification of family.”
