Police give updates on accident victims

One man remains in hospital and a second man has been discharged after an industrial accident near Wellington Back Road, St George's on Friday morning.

According to police, a 29-year-old St George's man was treated and left hospital while a 63-year-old Pembroke man is recovering in stable condition on a general ward.

The Government Health and Safety Officer has been notified of the matter.

Meanwhile, a 40-year-old male motorcycle rider who was seriously injured on September 9 in a collision with two cars on North Shore Road, Hamilton Parish, near the junction with Commonland Point Road, is in stable condition on a general ward at the hospital, after initially being treated in the Intensive Care Unit.
