City of Hamilton workers will collect bags of trash after the Bermuda Day Parade.
People were previously advised to take their garbage with them when they leave.
But Dwayne Caines, the chief operating officer for the City of Hamilton, advised crews would work to remove trash later in the day.
Mr Caines said: “Spectators are asked to bring trash bags so that after the event you can put your garbage in these bags.
“They can be left on the sidewalks and our city crew will pick them up.”
