Community officers hold meet-and-greets

Community police officers will hold meet-and-greet sessions in two parishes today.

Litanya Smith, the parish constable for Hamilton Parish, will hold a community outreach clinic for residents from 1pm to 5pm at the Shelly Bay MarketPlace on North Shore Road.

The clinic will give the public the opportunity to learn more about crime prevention and security measures to protect seniors.

Roseanne Mienzer, parish constable for Paget, will hold a clinic between 4pm and 6pm at Modern Mart on South Road.

Area residents will be able to voice concerns about antisocial or criminal activity, get information about Neighbourhood Watch and crime prevention.
