Human Resource group to host conference

Bermuda’s only HR-focused conference will take place on October 22nd at the Fairmont Southampton, hosted by the Bermuda Human Resource Association. The full-day conference features a dynamic line-up of local and international speakers.The conference theme is ‘Are you AI Ready?’ with a focus on how technology can benefit HR practitioners and provide value in the workplace.Attendees will leave the conference with a deeper understanding of what AI can (and can’t) do, as well as key trends, emerging issues, and practical resources for leveraging technology within the workplace to create efficiencies.The keynote address will be delivered by Ben Eubanks, Principal Analyst at Lighthouse Research & Advisory, a human capital research and advisory services firm and the author of Artificial Intelligence for HR: Use AI to Build a Successful Workforce. He works with HR, talent, and learning leaders across the globe to solve their most pressing business challenges with a research-based perspective tempered by practical, hands-on experience.Other speakers include software whiz Phil Strazzulla, founder of two technology companies in the HR space and the third most watched DistruptHR talk ever; Joe Matar, Director of Marketing at Brazen and the host of the popular video series, Talent Acquisition Talks; and Bhushan Sethi, joint leader of PwC’s Global People & Organization practice and member of the T20 “Future of Work” task force.
