Barriers for the King Street car park have been completed, the City of Hamilton has announced.The system will come online for automated payment on Monday.King Street car park is an all-day lot, with paid parking at $2 per hour, Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 6pm.In keeping with other barrier systems around the Hamilton, driver must collect a ticket upon entry, scan their ticket and pay the requested fee at a pay station when they return to their vehicle.Motorists can then proceed to the exit barrier where they will once again scan their validated ticket for exit.
