The Mayor of Hamilton today asked people to remain strong in the face of the Covid-19 crisis.
Charles Gosling said in a video: “The streets of Hamilton are too quiet.
“It is an unfamiliar scene, one that messes with our emotions.
“We are experiencing challenging times, but people are adhering to advice and staying home.
“This is a good thing, the right thing.”
Mr Gosling added that the climate was uncertain - but that Bermuda was resilient.
He said: “Bermuda will get through this.
“From my family to yours - be smart, be safe.
“If we work together we will persevere and Hamilton will be waiting for you.”
