Two arrested for breaching curfew
Police have arrested two more people in breach of the stay-at-home order.
A spokesman said a man was stopped in his car at about 4.15am on North Shore Road, near the junction with Radnor Road in Hamilton Parish, and found not to have a curfew exemption.
The man, who had been stopped three times in two days, was arrested and taken to Hamilton Police Station.
Police checking vehicles at the junction of North Shore Road and Middle Road in Flatts at about 3.30pm on Monday stopped a man in his car who said he was on his way to deliver an item to his girlfriend's house.
He was also arrested for breaching the shelter-in-place regulations and detained at Hamilton Police Station.
Members of the public were reminded by police that to obtain exemptions, they should apply via the Bermuda Government website.
