Covid-19: No new cases
No new cases of Covid-19 were recorded today out of almost 1,000 test results.
A spokeswoman for the Ministry of Health said that 955 test results came back and none were positive for the coronavirus.
The total number of cases remains at 177, but the number of active cases has fallen to eight.
All eight are being monitored by public health officials and and none are in hospital.
The death toll remains at nine.
The spokeswoman said 66 cases came in from overseas.
Another 90 were the result of on-island transmissions from known sources and 19 were on-island transmissions with unknown sources.
Two cases are still under investigation.
Bermuda's country status is ‘sporadic cases' and the seven-day average of the real time reproduction number is less than 1.
