Telford Electric's 'Magic' Mile races lived up to that billing on Saturday as more than a thousands kids from as young as four-years-old up to 15 turned out for the popular running festival at the National Sports Centre.

Over 20 races were held through the course of the day with prizes for the top three in each event.

Organiser Cal Simons, who has been running the event for several years, described it as "another fantastic success."
