North Village, who pulled out half way through 1996 because of a shortage of players, have also told league secretary Dave Carruthers they are likely to return.
All old and new clubs should send a team representative to Monday's meeting, to be held at 5.30 p.m. at the Mariners Club on Richmond Road. The new season is set to begin on Sunday, May 4.
Forties will hold net practice, starting at 9 a.m. tomorrow, at National Sports Club.
