Dunkle finished with a three-round score of 218 with earlier rounds of 70 and 76, taking overall honours with a comfortable four-stroke advantage of second place Chris Smith who challenge on the final day saw him card a round of 74 following first-round scores of 72 and 76.

Four strokes behind in third place with rounds of 75, 75 and 76 was Steven Roy.

In the girls open division Laura Robinson snatched honours with an even more emphatic triumph, beating Stephanie Lewis into second place by a margin of 12 strokes. Robinson finished with a three round score of 243, while Lewis trailed with a 255.

Jarryd Dillas walked away with the title in the boy's 13-14 age group. The 14-year-old stretched his second round lead of five strokes to 14 with a final round of 76, ahead of second place Thomas Edwards. Dillas had a three round score of 227 while Edwards, who shot a final round 85, turned in a 241. Third place went to Jamie MacMillan on 246.

Tyler Marshall's final round of 81 solidified his victory in the 11-12 age group, enabling him to finish 22 strokes ahead of his nearest competitor Andrew Osborne who carded 82.

Despite being hit in the face by a competitor's golf ball nine year-old Mark Phillips went on to win the 10-and-under division. He carded a 41 to finish six strokes ahead of Nick Jones who shot his best round of 39.
