Once again the race will involve teams of five runners -- there are five stages in various distances -- making their way from St. George's Town Square toward the finish line at Daniel's Head.

Prizes will be awarded in six categories -- open men, male masters, juniors, open women, female masters, mixed (with a minimum of two women).

Entries close today at 5 p.m. with forms to be returned to the Pro Shop along with a $40 entry fee. Race numbers should be collected from the Department of Youth, Sports and Recreation tomorrow between 4 and 6 p.m.
