Twelve-year-old Aaron James fired a scorching one-over-par 71 at Ocean View on the weekend to lead the way in Group Five as play in the Bermuda Junior Golf
Hot on James' heels were Chaka DeSilva, one shot back on 72, while Fraser Hunt was third on 73.
Ted Terceira led Group Four with a 79, followed by Aaron Burrows on 80, and Colin Brown third on 83.
Doug Markey topped Group Three with 85 while Ryan Marshall was second, three shots behind. David Smith pipped Sean Outerbridge on retrogression for third, both shooting 90.
In Group Two, Scott Booth fired 40 over nine holes to take first, edging out Trevor Mills on retrogression. Alex Doyle was third four shots back.
Alan Outerbridge took the honours in Group One at St. George's with 44 over 12 holes with Laura Robinson three shots back in second place, one shot ahead of Sean Harlington.
In the Novice Group, Richard Weare led the way at Southampton Princess with 32 over nine holes, two shots ahead of second placed Nathan Swan. John Neal was in third place with 37.
