makes a return to Island tennis over the next week as he competes in the annual Bermuda Lawn Tennis Club's Invitational Championships at Coral Beach Club.

Alger, who reigned supreme here during the 1980s, has since represented England in the Over-35 division, and is expected to challenge current Bermuda number one Michael Way for the Invitational singles title.

A number of top American players, ranked in their age divisions in the US, are also entered in the week-long event which gets underway today.
