Toronto, who included two youngsters who will be representing Canada in the upcoming International Youth Tournament in Bermuda, lost four wickets in reaching their target.
Gregory Talbot led the Cleveland bowlers with two for 29 from eight overs while Monroe Darrell, a member of the Bermuda youth team, returned one for 35.
