Aikido is a Japanese martial art form that is non-violent and primarily defensive. A sport with no competitions, it is based on mutual respect, co-operation and friendship.

Junior students at the Bermuda Aikikai on Ord Road in Warwick will be tested at different levels from yellow to purple belt.
