National Sports Club thanks to a hat-trick from Simon Farrington on Sunday.
Wasps dominated the early stages of the game but were unable to penetrate the Chameleons defence until Dai Herman-Smith went off with a pulled hamstring.
Farrington created space with a fine move before slamming the ball past the helpless goalkeeper.
Farrington missed a couple of easy chances in front of goal before netting two more goals.
NSC Rebels defeated Polecats 2-1 to record their first victory of the season.
Polecats scored first against the run of play through a finely angled shot from Mark Patterson from a short corner.
Rebels equalised before half-time when Donny Moniz eluded his marker and slipped the ball into the goal.
The deadlock was finally broken by Moniz who fired the ball into the bottom corner after a fine solo effort.
