Government House on Saturday when the Gaylark skipper was presented with the coveted Lighthouse Trophy for finishing first on corrected time in the Cruising Division. Pictured with Smith and his wife is Bermuda Governor Lord Waddington and RBYC commodore Brian Billings. Bermuda skippers to receive honours were Kirk Cooper ( Alphida ) for being the local yacht with highest score in the Onion Patch Series and Colin Couper ( Vivace ) as the local yacht to beat her closest rival in a division by the largest corrected margin. Buddy Rego ( Tsunami ), Francis Carter ( Longobarda ) and Couper also received awards for being the first local boats on corrected times in their divisions.

John Harries ( Morgans Cloud ) was honoured for finishing first in Class 10 (Non-Spinnaker).
