Some 30 members of the Island's new Tri-Hedz club will compete in the Dannon Spring Junior Triathlon on Saturday while older members of the group will race the following day in Mrs. T's Triathlon, which is also the Eastern Seaboard championships for the 13-15 year-old division.

A field of about 300 athletes, including Bermuda's Flora Duffy, Geoffrey Smith, Roy-Allan Burch, Lawson Williams, Robyn Dickinson and Sebastian Ball, will compete on Saturday. About 5,000 athletes, including Bermuda's Nuri Latham and Tyler Butterfield, are expected to race on Sunday.

Next week, Latham and Butterfield will take part in the US Junior National Championships in Florida.
