Rebels 0 Polecats 5

Dylan Pacheco scored twice in Polecats' runaway victory.

In their first match since returning to the Island after winning the 2010 Atlanta Cup earlier this month, Polecats got off to a quick start, scoring in the second minute of the game when Nigel Deane fired a shot from the top of the circle into the left-hand corner of the goal.

Pacheco scored his first league goal in the 27th minute, deflecting in a cross from Deane to make the score 2-0 at half-time. He grabbed his second goal in the 48th minute.

Polecats added two more goals in the last five minutes with Donovan Simmons slotting the ball home in the 65th and Craig Burt completing the rout.

Chameleons 3 Upstarts 2

Paul Deanes scored what proved to be the all important goal as Chameleons held off Upstarts.

Tim Goodyear netted midway through the first half with a well taken deflection for Chameleons but Upstarts levelled to leave it all even at the break.

Chameleons showed more spirit in the second half with Deanes causing problems for Upstarts.

Bill Spencer slotted home from a short corner and Deanes then made it 3-1.

Upstarts pulled a goal back to make for a nervous last five minutes.

Swallows 3 Canaries 3

A Joanne Smith-Barrow double wasn't enough to get the win for the Canaries as they could only manage a share of the points.

Canaries took an early lead when Smith-Barrow found the target and then followed up shortly after with her team's second.

Swallows got back into the game in the 33rd minute to bring the score to 2-1 at the half and they then equalised just minutes into the second half.

Maryellen Jackson converted from a pass from Maria Burley to make it 3-2 for Canaries, but again Swallows managed to find an answer through Maria Dobinson to secure the draw.

Ravens 2 Wildcats 4

Wildcats scored early and went on to complete the victory .

Suzanna Moniz netted in the sixth minute and Maria Pichery made it 2-0 as her reverse stick flick popped over the defenders and slipped under the 'keeper and into the net.

Ravens seemed to welcome the half-time break and came out a different team after the break. Jane Pringle struck in the 43rd minute and then got another goal from a penalty corner in the 56th minute to level the scores.

Ravens had a chance to take the lead but Tracy Stewart was unable to connect with the ball, a miss that came back to haunt the side.

Wildcats went ahead through Ryce Trott in the 60th minute and the same player sealed the game with another goal in the 64th minute.

Women's 'B' League

Ravens 0 Cardinals 3

Cardinals made light work of Ravens. Helen Marshall executed a drag push at the top of the circle to put Cardinals ahead 1-0 in the 25th minute.

In the 30th, Candy Foggo powered through the Ravens' defence and firmly pushed the ball to the corner of the post for the second. The match was killed off in the 70th minute when Nicola Feldman fired home from a penalty corner.

Longtail/Canaries 1 Swallows 5

Swallows got goals from four different players as they romped to victory.

Joanna Kingsbury scored a field goal in the fourth minute for Swallows but that lead was short lived as Jokiah Richardson netted from a penalty corner in the 18th minute for Longtail/Canaries.

Field goals from Madelyn Moore in the 30th and Nicola Wilkinson in the 33rd made it 3-1 at the half.

Jennifer Chisnall scored from a penalty corner in the 38th minute and Moore scored her second in the 52nd minute to complete the win.
