Live: Premier and ministers hold town hall meeting on Throne Speech
A public meeting is due to take place this evening with David Burt, the Minster of Health and the Minister of Education to discuss the recent Throne Speech.
Starting at 6.30pm, the Premier, Kim Wilson and Diallo Rabain will be at the Warwick Workman’s Club for the event, which will be hosted by Qian Dickinson.
Among topics to be discussed are: the cost of living and the Cost of Living Commission; securing additional tourism investment; increasing affordable housing; the social insurance system; mortgage costs; education reform; the Education Authority; the First 1,000 Days Project for Children, and the use of blockchain technology on the health professional registration process.
We will have live coverage of the event as well as indepth reports later.
