Bermuda-based re/insurer Maiden Holdings Ltd has promoted Patrick Haveron to the role of president of Maiden Insurance Company Ltd.

Mr Haveron will have responsibility for the oversight, management and continued development of Maiden’s Bermuda reinsurance company.

He will continue to report to Art Raschbaum, CEO of the company. Mr Haveron remains an executive vice-president of Maiden Holdings.
