Dolphin promoted at Hiscox Re & ILS

Bermudian-based Hiscox has promoted Andrew Dolphin to the role of chief operating officer of Hiscox Re & ILS.
Mr Dolphin has been with Hiscox since 2000. The company said his analytical and commercial skills had led him to successfully transition from a technical role in the group reinsurance purchase team to leading the whole of the Hiscox Re & ILS international teams across London, Paris and Bermuda.
Mr Dolphin will start in his new role and join the executive team immediately and will continue to be based in London. He will report to Mike Krefta, CEO, Hiscox Re & ILS.
Mike Krefta commented: “Andrew's proven track record of success and strong reputation made him a stand out candidate for this position.”
