Kayley Stewart has joined Bermudian-based Fidelis Insurance as part of the company’s London-based team at Fidelis Underwriting Ltd.Ms Stewart will be dedicated to further developing Fidelis’s terrorism and political violence account, bringing over 16 years’ experience in that market along with experience in fine art and specie. Ms Stewart started her underwriting career as a casualty broker with Aon before joining Lancashire where she was a terror and political violence underwriter, and now joins Fidelis from Liberty where she was a senior underwriter.Richard Brindle, chairman and group chief executive officer, said: “We are delighted Kayley is joining Fidelis and look forward to her leading Fidelis’s expansion in the terrorism market. “We worked together very successfully before and we believe the time is right for an expansion of our capabilities across the specialty lines which include the direct terrorism and political violence markets where Fidelis can add significant value.”
