New directors appointed at BMS

BMS, the independent insurance and reinsurance broker has made seven industry hires to its rapidly growing casualty division.

They will support BMS’s network of international clients as well as fuelling the group’s overall expansion strategy.

Andrew Park, Charles Waddington, Sean Cahill, and Natasha Anne Mitchell González join BMS as directors, effective in October.

Based in London, the team will report to Chris Ritchie, managing director of international direct and facultative at BMS.

In addition, BMS has also appointed Emily Weighton as divisional director, Joe Crewdson, as senior broker, and Olivia Bellingham as broker.

BMS chief executive officer Nick Cook said: “BMS is committed to attracting top market talent with a passion for providing the highest level of service. It is with great pleasure that we announce Andrew, Charlie, and the wider team’s appointments to our expanding casualty practice.”
