Mike Duffy to join Aspen boards

Mike Duffy, senior independent non-executive director
Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited, the Bermudian-based company, has announced that Mike Duffy has been appointed to the Aspen Managing Agency Limited and Aspen Insurance UK Limited boards.
Mr Duffy will join the boards as senior independent non-executive director, chairman of the nominations committee, and chairman of the governance committee, subject to regulatory approval.
Aspen said Mr Duffy was a vastly experienced and highly respected leader in the Lloyd’s market with a 40-year career across underwriting and broking.
