Vantage Group Holdings Ltd has appointed Paul Livingstone senior vice-president for credit, mortgage, and structured (insurance and) reinsurance, reporting to Chris McKeown, chief executive of reinsurance, innovation and ILS.

In this new role, Mr Livingstone will lead the expansion of Vantage's credit risk (insurance and) reinsurance business, focusing on identifying opportunities to diversify its portfolio. He will work closely with Vantage's underwriting teams to support strategic growth and enhance the company's credit risk capabilities.

“Paul's extensive industry experience and innovative mindset make him an invaluable addition to our team,” said Chris McKeown. “His leadership will be instrumental in expanding upon and executing our strategy for credit risk and structured (insurance and) reinsurance, and we are confident in his ability to drive growth and deliver exceptional value to our brokers and clients.”

Before joining Vantage, Mr Livingstone was the managing principal at Bear Risk Advisory LLC, where he provided expertise at the intersection of insurance and credit. His career includes significant leadership roles at Assured Guaranty and Ambac Assurance, where he contributed to business development and innovation.
