Peter Williams has joined Pine Walk as chief underwriting officer, alongside the appointment of Gary McInally as CEO of Pine Walk Capital and managing director of Pine Walk.

After his experience in specialty insurance underwriting and leadership, The Fidelis Partnership (TFP) has announced Mr Williams joins from Scor.

As CUO he will have responsibility for underwriting oversight across the Pine Walk platform, supporting its continued growth and driving cross-selling with the wider TFP group.

Pine Walk, a managing general agent platform, now supports 18 MGAs and $1.6 billion of written premium.

Mr McInally’s appointment to CEO of Pine Walk Capital is subject to regulatory approval. In his new role, he will be responsible for the operations and governance of the platform. He previously served as chief project actuary at TFP, where he played a key role in the development of both TFP and Pine Walk.
