Bingo and dinner at cathedral

Get involved: the House of Prayer International Ministries is holding its annual conference next Sunday

TODAY

• The Guild of the Good Shepherd: Join us for a heritage bingo/dinner night at the Bermuda Cathedral Hall. Dinner begins at 4pm; bingo from 5pm-7pm. Tickets, $15, includes dinner and one bingo card. Additional Bingo cards $2; raffle tickets $2. Proceeds towards the Mildred Y.L. Hill Education Award.

MAY 28

• House of Prayer International Ministries: Join us for our annual conference at 25 Marsh Folly Road, Pembroke. Elder Frances Thompson of Mt Sinai Family Life Christian Centre, Portsmouth, Virginia will speak at 11am and Rev Terry Hassell of Heard Chapel AME Church will speak at 4pm.

• Ebenezer Methodist Church at 7 York Street, St George invites children of all ages to Sunday School at 11am.

• Somerset Seventh-day Adventist Church at 6 Beacon Hill, Somerset holds a free giveaway of clothing and more on the fourth Sunday of each month from noon to 4pm.

• Midland Heights Seventh-day Adventist Church at 145 North Shore Road, Hamilton Parish offers free clothing for all ages on the first Sunday of each month from 10am to 12pm and the second Sunday of each month from 12pm to 2pm. The boutique is located in the parsonage behind the church.

• Chapel-of-Ease Anglican Church St David’s welcomes children to Sunday School at the hall from 9am to 10am. So why not take part?
